Inside the Frasassi Spa, in addition to the Thermal Treatments department, a renovated Aesthetics and Massage Therapy department will allow us to involve the aesthetic, therapeutic and relaxation spheres of our guests through mud baths and massages carried out by our staff.In fact, while massage therapy is combined with the medical services of the spa through integrative therapies with healing mud and hydromassage, thermal aesthetics deals with counteracting, through massages, masks and compresses, skin blemishes, taking care of their preservation and beauty.
Features
The water of the Terme di Frasassi is a sulphurous-sodium mineral water which scientifically belongs to the hyperthermal sulphurous waters; it is of excellent therapeutic quality and flows at 13°C from the San Vittore spring, very close to the spa.Its high sulfur content makes it particularly suitable for the treatment of respiratory tract diseases (ear diseases, respiratory diseases and rhinogenic deafness) and rheumatism, i.e. the majority of rheumatic-arthropractic diseases.
It is important to keep in mind that sulfur is already an essential element of the human organism; it is present both in cells and in tissues (skin and cartilage) and contributes significantly to obtaining important therapeutic benefits, giving an important impulse to the growth and regeneration of tissues, to the activity of skeletal muscles and the heart, to the activity of the hemoglobin and the formation of antibodies.
